What do you like best about the leadership team?
The current leadership cares about me, peers and the companies we service as well as their employees. Excited for our future.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating Not hanging up on their employees who are sobbing from being hurt Not turning their laptop into a brick Promising to call back in 10 min and it's been over 4 hours and nothing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair health care options available
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CEO told me I wasn't important. My health came second to their money. They let me have a seizure and pass out in front of a client and wanted me to keep working
I urge anyone and everyone to either not work here or if they currently do, find greener pastures. They exist.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Low maintenance employees here to work to the best of their ability.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not be degrading, selfish, and pick favorites.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The new CEO brings a refreshing and caring perspective. He is a strong leader who expects the same from staff and management.
Nothing. My depression and self-esteem has plummeted and they still haven't allowed me to heal from covid because they want more money.
