There are not enough employees to handle to the volume

It is pretty standard. Nothing great about it but nothing awful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team could use a lot of improvement on lifting employees up rather than beating them down everyday.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Having time to share ideas would be beneficial but most employees are so overwhelmed they can barely keep their heads above water
