Overall, it is a valuable experience that strengthens my expertise and deepens my understanding of the IT industry.

I have been working in the company for about six months now and I can confidently say that the project I am working on is very exciting, and on the other hand, it inspires me to study new technologies and apply interesting approaches to solving problems.

Open-minded management, always ready to help. My current manager has more than 10 years experience and has saved me in the crucial situations. Workflow is also perfect. Company structure and its processes are good. No bureaucracy is a big plus for me. Also, I have a personal development plan.
