Mr. Brian C. Davison serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Conagra Brands, Inc. Mr. Davison is responsible for leading M&A initiatives and strategic planning activities at the company, as well as implementing high-impact projects. He joined Conagra Brands, formerly known as ConAgra Foods, in August 2016. He joined ConAgra Foods from Flavors Holdings where he held similar responsibilities as a member of the global leadership team. Prior to Flavors Holdings, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development at The Hillshire Brands Company since January 2, 2013. Prior to Hillshire Brands, he served at Kraft Foods, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Strategic Planning. At Kraft, he was responsible for leading global strategic planning, developing portfolio strategy and advising on a variety of strategic matters and projects. Prior to Kraft, he was a principal at Booz & Company, Inc., where he led a wide variety of strategy and business development projects in the consumer, pharmaceutical and agribusiness industries. Mr. Davison has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
