Mr. David S. Marberger, also known as Dave, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Conagra Brands, Inc. since August 29, 2016. Mr. Marberger has more than 30 years of financial, operational, M&A and retail channel experience for consumer product companies. Mr. Marberger served as the Chief Financial Officer of Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. and Prestige Brands, Inc. since October 28, 2015 until August 5, 2016. Mr. Marberger joined Prestige Brands Holdings from Godiva Chocolatier NV (also known as Godiva Chocolatier, Inc.) where he served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy. He served as the Head of Transformation, Global Procurement & IT at Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. He was responsible for the finance, accounting, audit, tax and IT functions. He served as Vice President of Finance, Food and Beverage Division at Campbell's Soup Company. He was instrumental in spearheading efforts to establish Godiva as a standalone business under new ownership and delivering significant improvements in overall performance. He is an accomplished leader with extensive financial experience for both public and private companies in the consumer products space both domestically and internationally. Mr. Marberger served as Chief Financial Officer of Tasty Baking Company from February 5, 2003 to March 28, 2008 and served as its Executive Vice President from July 27, 2006 to March 28, 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Tasty Baking Co., since February 5, 2003 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer until May 2007. He served as Vice President of Finance for Food & Beverage Division at Campbell Soup Company from September 2001 to February 2003, Vice President of Finance of Away from Home Division from August 2000 to September 2001, Finance Director of U.S. Soup Division from August 1999 to August 2000, Worldwide Audit Director from April 1998 to August 1999 and Manager Financial Planning and Analysis of Corporate Development from April 1997 to April 1998. He began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Marberger earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
