What do you like best about the leadership team? They have good intentions and goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?I liked that I did not feel pressured to present as someone I am not. I honestly do not think the interviewers would have cared if I interviewed in a t-shirt. They were more interested in what I can contribute rather than my appearance.
What are some of the best things about your team?I love the people that I work with. I get the chance to interact with people of different disciplines on a daily basis, which affords me many learning opportunities.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Have reasonable expectations for work load, and better communication regarding changes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Put member needs first. Nurses have been carrying a double caseload for almost a year because management won't hire more staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Double the nursing staff immediately. Stop screaming at staff during Meetings and treat us like the professionals we are
