What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent and friendly while being very goal driven and supportive.
Transparency, sense of humor, authenticity, and they genuinely care about building something special.
Conga's leadership drives the direction if the space we compete in. When we move our competition follows. That starts from the top.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free healthcare for me, matching 401k, $60 a month health stipend, free lunch everyday! I could good on, but it's great.

The flexibility to work from home.
I go to work to help customers solve real problems. Oh and I get to hang out with my friends while I do so.
