What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent and friendly while being very goal driven and supportive.
Transparency, sense of humor, authenticity, and they genuinely care about building something special.
Conga's leadership drives the direction if the space we compete in. When we move our competition follows. That starts from the top.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free healthcare for me, matching 401k, $60 a month health stipend, free lunch everyday! I could good on, but it's great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The talent is superb. We have a team full of passionate individuals who truly want to see everyone succeed. Success is built into the foundation of what we do.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick yet thorough, transparent regarding the challenges I would face, and the people I interviewed with were strong interviewers and helped make the decision to come aboard.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility to work from home.
I go to work to help customers solve real problems. Oh and I get to hang out with my friends while I do so.
