Was not trained properly or conistently and i felt bullied and pushed to resign. I have no idea what i just went through with this horrible environment. Training was a joke. I was bounced alk over the place then encouraged to leave. Hey how about training new people? I've never felt so degraded.

High turnover provide proper training very inconsistent

Treated poorly by several emoyees Unethical and horrible experience

Tell whats really required up front before you cut a new employee lose to sink or swim
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Train people properly and have have a system in place to do proper onboarding. Coworkers were not welcoming at all and were bullies because they are overworked. I wish i would have understood this role better before investing my time working 10 to 12 hour shifts back to back 40 hours as a part timer
