What do you like best about the leadership team?
They recognize they have a lot of improvement agead of themselves.
The understanding of reality. Normal expectations

Shouting at sub-ordinate employees does not increase productivity
Being leaders, offering support, and working as a team
Leadership is unaware of your hardwork, unaware of how coworkers treat each other, and worst of all, you could work hard for months without any positive feedback only to be judge by negative gossip by miserable coworkers that can't handle stress.
Sell the company to promote a better cultre
Communication. Built trust. Be flexible with co-workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Incentive bonus program and health benefits
Increased allowance and on time salary.
Medical benefits were of great value.
Medical, eye and dental insurance.
Salary is Competitive to get people aboard but not worth staying
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very low pay.Sub-ordinate employees are not respected by managers
Skip because it's too much
Benefits need to be more conpetitive
No fair market value on top of high workload
Treated poorly by several emoyees Unethical and horrible experience
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although your co-workers tend to help you a lot Managerial staff do their best to create a hostile environment
They try to be very supportive of patients
The ones with seniority are hard working team mates
Always approachable and stress-free environment.
The flexibility of clocking in. I have a child who goes to school needs to be drop off.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything they blame me for everything and do not take accountability for themselves and act like kids
Management needs to work on team building, show each one that their voice matters and encourage us to help one another.
We don't have meetings ever. We don't have any team work and no training. Everyone does everything different and you will be blamed if you do something wrong, even if you tried your best without proper training.
They did not want me there obviosly
Hardly have any meeting unless you are not performing because the company doesnt try to help give you knowledge. Its hard to get any kind of help from management or HR.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Co-workers are good but have a feeling that managers are good at belittling employees
They send iut monthky news letters for cultural awareness.
The staff were family and we loved working together
My coworkers and trainer were the only positives

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The people the leaders the company the technology everything
There needs to be supportive leadership and the negative complaints about coworkers needs to be stopped. It is absolutely insanity.
Less racisim, microagressions and training or at least traing documentation
Ethics, training,no bulliying or micro managing
It would be nice if negative behaviors were addressed. I would be surprised if anyone was held accountable.

They asked simple questions.Those were very easy for me

I am done trying to help them.
do better reference checks, deliver what is promised on offer letters
Tell whats really required up front before you cut a new employee lose to sink or swim
They hire absolutely anyone because everyone quits.

Helping the patients feel safe

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to be replaced and more HR. They need to learn how to actually follow the code of conduct and policies put in place
Unorganized. Fires all day and no standard process or documentation
High turnover provide proper training very inconsistent
The company should care more about their employees there should be more help for employees in the human resource department . Employes should definitely get paid more.
There needs to be more administrative presence
