What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that the first time I talked to the manager, I wasn't even looking for a new job and was wearing street clothes. They still respected my experience and when I officially applied, remembered me. There was no jerking me around, just very straightforward and quick.

do better reference checks, deliver what is promised on offer letters
Tell whats really required up front before you cut a new employee lose to sink or swim
They hire absolutely anyone because everyone quits.
