Leadership is unaware of your hardwork, unaware of how coworkers treat each other, and worst of all, you could work hard for months without any positive feedback only to be judge by negative gossip by miserable coworkers that can't handle stress.
Sell the company to promote a better cultre

Train people properly and have have a system in place to do proper onboarding. Coworkers were not welcoming at all and were bullies because they are overworked. I wish i would have understood this role better before investing my time working 10 to 12 hour shifts back to back 40 hours as a part timer

Patient Access is an incredibly dangerous job. We have prolonged contact with EVERY patient & their guest(s) We work 12hrs alone - no breaks Despite of all of this while employees of the client company received generous hazard pay bonuses; we got a plastic cup and an average annual increase of .95%
Give your employees better PTO and sick days. We get no sick days. Why do we have to use that from our vacation time.
Show appreciation for employees that do a great job. Bonus should be calculated and rewarded at an individual level so those that do their job can be rewarded instead of dangling the carrot in front of them.
