Co-workers are good but have a feeling that managers are good at belittling employees

They send iut monthky news letters for cultural awareness.

The staff were family and we loved working together

The days i work at a CHI clinic are the onky days i like going to work

HR Department is always looking for innovative ways and working on people strategies, there is also a focus on continuous operational improvement

We worked for Conifer inside a CHI hospital and CHI leaders were so much supportive than conifers.

Coworkers seem to be helpful but not management.

The people the leaders the company the technology everything

There needs to be supportive leadership and the negative complaints about coworkers needs to be stopped. It is absolutely insanity.

Less racisim, microagressions and training or at least traing documentation

Ethics, training,no bulliying or micro managing

It would be nice if negative behaviors were addressed. I would be surprised if anyone was held accountable.

I notice that staff spend a lot of time on their cell phones which have a tremendous impact on patient care.

Management. Fair pay. Respectful treatment.
