6 years and counting working for Conifer. We got a raise of .18! Everyone. 18 whole cents! When I opened up a discussion about this with HR, they told me to find a better job lol. Yeah, stay away from this company. Pretty sure the CEO is doing just fine with his salary increase.

Management is terrible at everything. No respect for employees, most just sit around and bash employees. Unless you are a 20 year old good looking girl don't expect to get anywhere.
