What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendly team and quick process.
Number of rounds and discussions allow for a good understanding of culture and key personnel
I could be honest and open, received good feedback
Flexibility to be on video and role play a scenario
It was very comprehensive. Time is taken to make sure we are hiring the right person. It might take longer, but it cuts down on turnover.
The fun and friendly nature of the interview. I never felt that I was being interrogated, nor did I feel much pressure. It was engaging and made me want to work for this company even more. The colleagues that I interviewed with are my team today and we have never been closer than we are now.
I had a wonderful experience interviewing. First, a phone interview. Then a panel of colleague's I would be working with and then the "C" Level Management interview.
