I love that we are a family and support each other to make our environment happy and positive.

Every thing we do is framed around and influenced by our culture. We take active steps day-in and day-out to promote culture throughout the company and making sure that everyone feels it. We have company-wide events two times a year and team events every month.

Absolutely toxic work environment. Dysfunctional and everyone works in "silos" with little to no direction as a whole company.
