- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My attention to detail surpasses some of lateral team's work and when I spot issues in work product, I resolve those issues and bring it to my supervisors to confirm my approach is correct. Supervisors agree with me but rarely follow through on correcting issues at a larger scale.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I worked at a different vendor before and was paid more. It was unfortunate that they had to let people go due to a technical issue. My pay now is less then when I departed in 2017.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay raises are not enough given inflation. Then the benefits keep going, so in a sense you are losing money when you get a raise.
