I have increasingly observed a gap between the company's stated values and certain leadership behaviors in practice. At times, decisions feel inconsistent and there is a perception of favoritism that undermines trust in the organization. Too little authentic personal connection exists w/my manager.

My attention to detail surpasses some of lateral team's work and when I spot issues in work product, I resolve those issues and bring it to my supervisors to confirm my approach is correct. Supervisors agree with me but rarely follow through on correcting issues at a larger scale.
