appreciate Employee who go beyond their way to resolve escalations and complex task. Need to focus on good employees rather then making policy that makes employee demotivated. Reduce politics and promote people who actually deserve . Policies ate different for us and indian tech. Need to balance.

I have increasingly observed a gap between the company's stated values and certain leadership behaviors in practice. At times, decisions feel inconsistent and there is a perception of favoritism that undermines trust in the organization. Too little authentic personal connection exists w/my manager.

When I share the load and don't complain, I expect the same. Also, they should realize that they are an individual contributor, and they cannot put everything on us. They should work on improving their skills on Consilio workflows rather than offloading all tasks on junior folks.
