Comp package is good, only one comment that is better communication about when it is paid out earlier, more in advance. Benefits, wish there was more flexiblity re 401 k cashing out, borrowing against. Company does all they can re insurance, but the out of pocket, mosly costs are getting tougher.

I would prefer a higher base and less in terms of yearly bonus opportunity. If the yearly bonus is acheived, all is good, but it shouldn't really be considered part of your salary because it is not guaranteed. It is either achieve your target by 90% or nothing.

My base pay seems too low compared to the industry and my experience and quality of work. The bonus portion of my compensation brings my overall compensation to an industry standard. However, the structure of attainment is discouraging since I worked so hard all of 2023 and didn't make bonus.

I think the location where an employee lives should be taken under consideration. I don't think it's fair that for the same position someone that lives in California/NY (expensive states) should be paid the same as someone who lives in Texas, Kansas, etc.

It seems the market is driving the salaries higher for roles several levels below me, meaning that the roles are coming in potentially making higher than their managers and/or peers. I think there needs to be an adjustment in the PFTL and up compensation to make things more equitable.
