There are certain benefits that are limited such as, fitness and wellness vouchers and HBS Case study, financial newsletters at discounted rate would be really helpful and the company can think about inclusion of half yearly bonuses.

I am not sure if leadship values me or not. We dont have much conversation. Compensation should be such that a family guy can survive even without night shift allowence. Here case is such that a medical emergency will cost an employee to take loan. Good pay structure will make people motivated in ED

Consilio is not considering cost of living of employee location. Adjusting the salary as per location (like California / New York) will be helpful. Instead consilio gives raises and salaries that are similar across the country.
