Micromanagement and the lack of proper shift planning. Excessive micromanagement slows down decision-making, and impacting team's morale.

The company’s budget focus harms employees: no travel for collaboration, no U.S. job growth due to salary avoidance, and no raises or bon

Reduce micromanagement ,focus on timely, accurate delivery. Encourage direct, constructive feedback over internal complaints, support learning, and a more friendly, collaborative cross-team culture.
Review from Operations Dept · Posted 12 days ago
Lack of growth opportunities, increasing workload pressure and imbalance use of hybrid culture. We should push on creative task rather than 8hr utilization and for hybrid culture, it will be better to complete 36 days in quarter rather than 3 days every week.

There's a great deal of anxiety around jobs moving from the U.S. to India. Communicating a clearer vision of the plan for the U.S. might help. Leadership often sets unrealistic timelines without taking the time to understand the actual complexities involved.
Review from Operations Dept
I don't dread coming to work, but work is work. Unless travel is involved, its usually the same typical day
Review from Operations Dept
It often feels that we are still struggling to fully integrate the many companies that have been acquired to create the current iteration of Consilio. Compass is a mess, most things are out of date, middle management seems overwhelmed, headcounts are too tight (we need to hire more!)
Review from Sales Dept
No benefits to the employees are provided from the organization.
Review from IT Dept
Undervalued and underpaid. There is no guidance or progression that I can currently see so a clear pathway that's spoken about more would be helpful. Consideration for workflows, documentation and webinars for different verticals/geographical locations would also be helpful.
Review from Operations Dept
There is no incentive to do a good job or to stay at this company - people leave and they aren't replaced and you end up doing more work for the same amount of pay, It's always reactive, so you're always busy, but not in a good way. Leadership need to stop moving the goal post every 3 months.
Review from Finance Dept
Motivation drops when there are rumors (and confirmation) of layoffs, sale of the company, and overall pessimism to start the new year. Owners/Exec. decided to borrow tons of money when the rates are increasing, leading to millions in monthly interest payments.
Review from Finance Dept
Recognition for hard work and a bit more appreciation for individuals that are working on non-revenue generating teams would go a long ways.

Everything is wrong .. when you have wrong people at the top

Senior managemnet needs to be replaced in gurigram
Review from Legal Dept
the selection of people at the senior management level in Gurugram is pathetic and need to change
Review from Legal Dept
Our department's upper management needs to change. They need to make our department happy and not make us a department here to make everyone else happy.
Review from Operations Dept
Pay and benefits, focus is on an American model and the American business, change is imposed top down and never collaboratively, miraculously the Consilio way always turns out to be the best way of doing things, even when it's not. EBITDA is always used to punish never reward.
