The team is great to work with but challenging at the same time. It's fun to have to learn new things and now that AI is in our world, I think it will become more fun once we get up the hill.

appreciate Employee who go beyond their way to resolve escalations and complex task. Need to focus on good employees rather then making policy that makes employee demotivated. Reduce politics and promote people who actually deserve . Policies ate different for us and indian tech. Need to balance.

Consilio should really focus on employee communications at all levels of the organization. More information, both positive and negative, is shared via the grapevine and tends to never have any official communications from Consilio. No one outside of C-Suite or sales cares about LOD or SYKE.

The leadership team doesn't consider employee retention. When a concern is raised, no action is taken from the leadership team to resolve it or even consider it.

Consider all verticals whilst rolling out workflows, procedures, webinars, documentation. The US and UK do not work in a similar way. Consilio and other verticals do not work in a similar way. You can't have one universal method for differing entities, it causes confusion and frustration
