What is the best part about your compensation package?

My benefits are the best.,

The open-PTO policy! I like to work hard, play hard, and CAKE allows me to do that! Travel is something that is really important to me and I really appreciate that the company encourages me to see the world and take time off when I need it!

Regular review of compensation throughout the year.

The benefits are the best part of the compensation. The kitchen and onsite chef team is amazing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

At least keep pace with inflation.

Base pay is laughably low, OTE could be a bit higher as well.
