How I had the opportunity to kearn so much in a few months and mastered it , and changed the company for the better in production. One man run two band machines, this was a three man job u til I came. They don't want to pay me now. I won't go back until I get money, paint and weld as well.

Bad. Just bad. Benefits turned horrible after Quikrete took over. Technology went backwards. Less people. More stress. Awful environment.
Absolutely terrible company culture since hey have been bought by quikrete. The company is filled with back stabbing management that will throw you under the bus if it suits them.
Again culture is bad since the buy out by Quikrete. To quote the It manager, how much technology do you need to put concrete in a bag. They don't understand what Contech really did and how much technology they needed.

Terrible, every department is understaffed so work frequently follows you home
Terrible, they over work and Underpay. They expect 6 people worth of work out of 1.

Poorly, not much can be done since it was purchased by quikrete and is run by an iron fist.
They think they sold out to Quikrete for greedy pocketbooks and didn't care about employees.

What's the vibe like in the IT dept at Contech Engineered Solutions? How many hours are you working?
The environment is absolute chaos. Management have no clue how to run the department. There have been massive security breaches due to being severely hacked and they and trying to brush it under he rug. Absolutely do not work for this company.

The non management staff are mostly good, but everyone is over worked and underpaid so that leads to some generally bad moods. They fired over half the staff when they were bought then expected the remaining staff to continue business as usual.
What benefits does Contech Engineered Solutions provide?
Well before Quikrete bought them out it was decent health, eye, and dental. When Contech bought out by Quikrete the benefits decreased and the monthly cost went up 300%. Very bad to work for them since they got bought out.
