What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Would be great if they actually cared about making their team better with proper coaching, onboarding and processes. Ive never seen a more messy process that actually hinders performance and leadership could care less to fix it. Plus there is a major customer churn problem and they arent innovating
The Leadership Team ran by Pearl Collins is a joke. She lies to potential candidates painting a picture this is far beyond the truth.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
good mix of base, variable and equity

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I'm the only sales person left at the company. I have not been given a bump in pay or position considering the major layoffs. Future growth looks dismal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
great values - high IQ and high EQ
They know how to drink and party - otherwise the company is a mess
Most people at Contently are very nice and extremely smart. Most people make you feel good while others are quite grim and unapproachable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
positive with great core values
The most positive thing about the culture is that it has become more diverse over the past few years, it nice to see it happening slowly but surely.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have management not lie to current employees. There is no sense of trust.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I wouldn't change a thing, all future employees should beware!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The major thing that is wrong with this company is the upper management, mainly the CEO Pearl Collins. She is brash and disrespectful.
Lots of Managers are not trained, unfair, enjoy micromanaging and are very mean.
