What did you like most about the interview process?team and leadership and product
What makes you most happy at work?team and leadership and product
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?positive with great core values
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Would be great if they actually cared about making their team better with proper coaching, onboarding and processes. Ive never seen a more messy process that actually hinders performance and leadership could care less to fix it. Plus there is a major customer churn problem and they arent innovating
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The Leadership Team ran by Pearl Collins is a joke. She lies to potential candidates painting a picture this is far beyond the truth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because I'm the only sales person left at the company. I have not been given a bump in pay or position considering the major layoffs. Future growth looks dismal.
