Everyone is helpful and willing to answer questions
Hes very understanding and knowledgeable
They are always working hard to make sure everyone does their best

They need to be better and leading the team rather than adding to the poison environment

The more money to collect the more bonus rewards you recieve
The more money you collect the higher compensation you will get
We get bonuses for call volume

They need to offer more money to employees and more opportunities for growth
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is friendly and knowledgeable
Positive interactions with customers and be empathetic
We all help each other and no one is judgemental
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop bullying other coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very friendly and always like to assist when someone needs help
The team manager will always do a pick me up for each person and makes sure we aren't stressed

Management needs to show employees that they are appreciated
