For the most part the day to day if fine as long as you have zero ambition. You can work harder and longer but that equals nothing except a larger work load. The management does not take care of the employees or fight for their advancement.

Clear communication regarding day to day help etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More community feel, happier employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people seems to genuinely want to hire good employees however there isn't a lot of thought put into the person's attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses are unattainable, benefits are now extra expensive, promotions are almost impossible. I would feel much better about my compensation if we received raises, bonuses (where warrented) and an actual career path.
What makes you most happy at work?
It used to be my team but I moved to a new office where there is zero team interaction. Most people do not come into the office and that makes it hard to build community.
