Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses are unattainable, benefits are now extra expensive, promotions are almost impossible. I would feel much better about my compensation if we received raises, bonuses (where warrented) and an actual career path.
They classify themselves as a tech company but really only pay as an advertising company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Clear communication regarding day to day help etc.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaborative energy. Not toxic at all
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More community feel, happier employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people seems to genuinely want to hire good employees however there isn't a lot of thought put into the person's attitude.
They were fast at responding

What makes you most happy at work?
It used to be my team but I moved to a new office where there is zero team interaction. Most people do not come into the office and that makes it hard to build community.
