What did you like most about the interview process?
Direct interview with those that do the daily tasks of the job
Being able to share feedback and explain why I applied for the position.
They shared their mission and made sure my beliefs were aligned.
I liked getting interview by the team I would be working with. That is not something you usually get to do.
Able to meet key players to learn about the organization
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Talk to those that may have education or knowledge. Everyone has to start somewhere and good candidates are being overlooked. Talk to your employees to understand their long-term employment goals.
