Communication is lacking, keep the production workers in the loop.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My lower management if very positive to the lower level employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a 40 hour a week job, weekends off is my favorite part of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We just received a $0.40 raise. That does nothing to help with the cost of living. This company is supposed to be a family, but family members have to get second and third jobs.
