What does the leadership team need to get better at?
IT, Regulatory, and Quality need to get better at real, meaningful training WAY beyond read and understand training. They also need to demand compliance and current practices.
Open commuincation. Answer questions. Be realistic with expectations.
Ruthless Poor management in all areas . If you are considering Cook Medical as an employer you have made a mistake
