What makes you most happy at work? The fact I work to provide new, quality devices to patients in a timely manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Diverse backgrounds and mostly respectful colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?Great new employees eager to learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I celebrated a major milestone anniversary and not a single leader at Cook acknowledged it. Also, many benefits are added for new employees, but not retroactively applied to long term employees (like vacation days). Also, Cook does not publish compensation information by demographics.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?IT, Regulatory, and Quality need to get better at real, meaningful training WAY beyond read and understand training. They also need to demand compliance and current practices.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Give a person more credit for being a good worker. And fix the bad co workers. Be 100% fair to both good and bad workers.
