What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have really good insurance and free access to a service that allows us to get second opinions from other doctors. Getting a second opinion is a smart idea because I have witnessed people with our insurance being taken advantage of by the medical community because it is so good.
The PTO leave is fair

Overall it has helped raise my family I think some things could be better some things could be more fairly distributed
