We have really good insurance and free access to a service that allows us to get second opinions from other doctors. Getting a second opinion is a smart idea because I have witnessed people with our insurance being taken advantage of by the medical community because it is so good.
The PTO leave is fair
Good bonus structures in place
Best money with bonus for hardworking
Overall it has helped raise my family I think some things could be better some things could be more fairly distributed
Excellent healthcare for my family and I

The various bonuses and incentives in addition to our hourly wage and generous benefits.
Review from Product Dept
I celebrated a major milestone anniversary and not a single leader at Cook acknowledged it. Also, many benefits are added for new employees, but not retroactively applied to long term employees (like vacation days). Also, Cook does not publish compensation information by demographics.
More understanding for the person who has worked there more than 10 years.
Cook employees bring in around $160,000 dollars in revenue per employee which is 5 times the salary of the workers themselves. It does not meet the standard of living.
Salaries are rather low and time off as well.
Salary doesn't feel in line with the market. Bonus for non-sales personnel is poor.
Working hard and respect toall
Cook is not competitive with pay.
They just gave all employees with less than 5 years service a raise and basically told all the rest of us “tough luck”

We just received a $0.40 raise. That does nothing to help with the cost of living. This company is supposed to be a family, but family members have to get second and third jobs.
