What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous package for outside sales
Fair, motivational, with the opportunity to earn more.
Pension, 401k, and an employee stock plan
Medical/dental benefits and employee pension plan with company match. Paid tIme off eg sick days & vacation days. Sometimes early release. Nice vacation time with a week added after 8 and 15 years.

Very encouraging and training is top notch

The most positive aspect of our culture is the constant effort made across the organization to exude positivity .

More benifits like a bonus when we do well rather then all management receiving it
