Assisting and collaborating to identify problems and find effective solutions.
Collaboration with my business partners in other areas of the business.
Impacting a customer in a life changing way.
Time off. Getting to do lots of different things and not being stuck to one narrow topic.
Autonomy , the perceived ability that I am able to make a difference and a sense of purpose in the work we do.
Making sure we are all maintaining our goals as a whole
Challenging work and genuine interest in improving the customer experience. Also, our Wellness program is awesome!
