I'm not really sure about that
Not paid to figure this out---common sense answer:Greed has no place in medicine or ethical and competent treatment of patients.
Poor management and working conditions.
MOTUS MOTUS MOTUS - I am now PAYING MONEY in order to see some patients. I disagree with taking away adequate milage payment for the field nurses. I have always been flexible but now am unable to make HIGH NEED AND HARD TO FILL visits.

All CVS does is cut our pay. No incentives & minimal 2-3 % pay raises. This company is terrible since CVS bought it.
