    Supportive attitude of admin and professional people at the branch manager's level. Make sure each dept is well versed on what the duties and responsibilities are of the other depts and how each department fits the work model.

    Get it straight policies and procedures are to be followed for the safety and health of the patient. Get it through your head that supporting your professional staff is absolutely essential, and that the sales dept is a supporting dept. Stop overpromising and underdelivering.
