Get it straight policies and procedures are to be followed for the safety and health of the patient. Get it through your head that supporting your professional staff is absolutely essential, and that the sales dept is a supporting dept. Stop overpromising and underdelivering.

Better management, communication, and accountability.
No leadership backbone-/-do what corporate mandates; ethical or not
Retaining employees and promoting growth.
Understanding what your employees do. If we allwalked out, they would t know where to start
Recognition that we are overworked and over stressed
Undervalued not the issue; expected to put up with unethical demands; employees who voice concerns over questinable & unethical practices, are harassed by co-workers & management in hopes the durress will lead to employee resignation.
Paid a fair rate for the work I do.
We recently switched from concur milage reimbursement to MOTUS - a much more complicated and LOWER rate of reimbursement that deducts pay for on call in addition to other ways (taxing vehicles etc). I AM VERY DISSATISFIED with this and feel as if my wages are being cut to make a bottom line

Fair compensation. Honesty, integrity are a good start

Co workers are good and work hard more hpurs than paid
That would be a question that should be addressed by all employees
That's impossible at this organization.
Supportive attitude of admin and professional people at the branch manager's level. Make sure each dept is well versed on what the duties and responsibilities are of the other depts and how each department fits the work model.
Review from Operations Dept
Hire not greedy and properly trained healthcare managers. Not army killers or anti- religious
Profit should not trump ethics and patient care
Again, Corporate should address this; make unannounced visits to your sites and do your own investigating.
There isn't anything wrong with this.
I'm not really sure about that
Not paid to figure this out---common sense answer:Greed has no place in medicine or ethical and competent treatment of patients.
Poor management and working conditions.
MOTUS MOTUS MOTUS - I am now PAYING MONEY in order to see some patients. I disagree with taking away adequate milage payment for the field nurses. I have always been flexible but now am unable to make HIGH NEED AND HARD TO FILL visits.

All CVS does is cut our pay. No incentives & minimal 2-3 % pay raises. This company is terrible since CVS bought it.
