Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better pay for enrollments. The process is so long and then when you get it through its not much for all that work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Make decisions based on actual data, stop changing minds after a decision is made.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Fire senior leadership and search for indivduals vested in growth, who truly care about tje individuals in tjeir departments, not just what can benefit them as an individual.
