What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about all of their team members, and they've been awesome through the entire pandemic showing that's true. In addition, they are open and transparent with strategy, successes, and failures of the company. They make you proud to be a member of the team.
The leadership team is transparent with company goals and the strategic roadmap. They have led with compassion through this pandemic and moved quickly to ensure the safety of our team members
The best thing about the leadership team is how they are available at all times. They never look to shy away from a question or conversation, and always maintain extremely honest and fair takes on all subjects.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus incentives on top of salary
Competitive to the market base with achievable quarterly and annual cash bonus targets. Recent IPO as a part of RKT now means that equity is awarded now as well.

Coworkers are the best and inly thing
Smart people who enjoy collaborating to solve interesting problems that provide solutions that help people. I enjoy spending time with them both in and outside the office.
The team is hard working and supportive. They are always willing to chip in and help when needed
Our team is extremely flexible and always looking to enable our strengths and assist with each other's weaknesses.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How supportive senior leadership is of every single person, both professionally and personally; they want you to do well and to be well.
We celebrate our wins as a company as well as individually. We have company wide Meeting where we discuss OKRs as well as reward people for their achievements
The People, we bond like a true family and solve problems efficiently and collectively.
People here actually help one another and strive for the next big win. Some of the smartest and talented people in marketing, product, analytics, tech, etc. Amazing company

What did you like most about the interview process?
The quality of the people that I was exposed to - how smart they were and knowledgeable about the space and how curious they were. It made me want to come work for them because I knew I would learn.
Strong communication throughout the process. Kept me informed on what was happening

Longer with each interviewer. 30 min isn't enough time

The ability to come in every day and really feel like I have the ability and the autonomy to impact the results of the business.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The model is slowly becoming outdated and we get a false sense of reality because quicken loans bought us out
