What is the best part about your compensation package?

I wish there was a 401k matching plan.

Opportunity to maximize my income based on my efforts.

Good health plan, as a single plan user, vision, dental and health needs are all met.

We have a nice benefits package. Good healthcare,. 401K. Fair salaries. Was very nice when we've had bonuses in the past, and it would be awesome to be surprised by them again.

I would like matching 401k, more frequent opportunities to earn incentive compensation, and an annual salary review commensurate with responsibility and value-added to the organization.
