Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Greater transparency and clarity would help to improve this
I would like matching 401k, more frequent opportunities to earn incentive compensation, and an annual salary review commensurate with responsibility and value-added to the organization.

I know that we are a small company and really starting to get ourselves recognized so I get some things aren't yet available, but it would be great to have a 3% match with the 401k plan

Treat each other better, stop throwing each other under the bus, higher ranking people need to be more respectful of the operations team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Developing self-awareness in how one's contributions and behavior impact others; shedding talent that is not meeting team expectations; have honest conversations with staff that might not serve as a long-term fit across customer portfolios; and ensure workload balance is distributed throughout org
We need to remind ourselves that all of our colleagues have good intentions, even if their efforts fall short in some areas.

Terrible financial decisions--stop doing that. Please invest in your technologies instead of changing it constantly.
