What did you like most about the interview process? The interview process was very easy, but very mediocre in terms of determining an aptitude for the position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Empathy for the workers and belief in their abilities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Profit sharing, fair PTO and scheduling, and occasional perks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? No oversight of management, abysmal pay and benefits, not enough workers for coverage. How can it be fixed? Discipline bad management/promote better, increase pay/benefits, hire adequate employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Supervisors and managers need to be fired or retrained to actually do their jobs. Increase pay and benefits to something livable, instead of laughable. Hire more support personnel instead of forcing your current employees to pickup slack for no extra pay. Stop with the useless mandatory meetings.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Better communication, less meetings and more action from those meetings.
