Less micromanaging, create a better work environment, stop ensuing fear of losing our jobs. Less meetings

My coworkers are the only reason work is tolerable throughout the day. We all work well together and there is a lot of team work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the lowest paid yet produce month over month. Raises are barely cost of livinv increase. Other companies pay a much higher base with better working conditions (aka work from home/hybrid options)
