
The culture has changed since i was hired
The leaders of the company need to foster change by using less "strong arm tactics" to motivate employees
Within my work group meetings are productive. We have had multiple hands on meeting with senior leaders including the ceo which have been more harmful to the overall culture of the company
Multiple complaints and management doesn't care as long as there is no competition they will always be able to sell. They know no one is in competition with their product, so they do not care.
