The staff are typically very kind and welcoming to questions. But as an intern it is very clear that the company lacks communication and organization. This makes it incredible hard to learn new information and do valuable work within the company.

The internship lead is very welcoming and is open to many questions. Always happy to help.

Multiple interviewers were there to talk to me which gave a broader scope of what the company does.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The other interns are very similar to me, I really like my coworkers. Although unfortunately I rarely get to talk to them or see them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My time at work is very unorganized and the goals are unclear. I feel that my time could be much better spent at work, but the task aren't distributed in a logical way. organization and better training would be good for these issues.
