Good for starters, engaging, but moving on to more difficult teams gets worse. Their processes are hobbled together and inefficient, software is written poorly and it feels like no one is fairly compensated.

I don't remember. Kind of weird questions and I had to fill the same paperwork out 3 times

Leaving or being left alone to listen to music while I work. Provided lunch was nice too. I like my HSA benefit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just give yearly raises that make a difference. This job flops between boring/stressful, and pay raises show us that you care about how long we bother spending here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay raises for all the time and crap we go through to make y'all rich. You can be the literal backbone of your team and work here for years and your raise is like .20 cents a year
