Define what the culture is. The company is regularly confusing culture with in-person interactions. When we went remote, there was no action (to my knowledge) to upgrade cultural practices based on successful remote practices. Remote was always considered temporary and no changes occurred.

Growth has been slowing dramatically and there's no plan of action to buck that trend. Instead, management seems to rely on acquisitions that are not even integrated and already show signs of strain (e.g. culture, performance)
