At Coveo, diversity of opinions, equity and inclusion are at the core of who we are. We believe mosaic backgrounds truly help generate better ideas and help us push the boundaries of the status quo in order to innovate and maintain our culture of excellence. Thus, we work on continuously improving ways and processes to eliminate biases, always treat people equally, and value a diverse workforce. Concretely, we educate our workforce on the topic and maintain a set of resources available to every employee around inclusion. Over the past year, our Professional Women’s Network and Inclusion and Diversity committees have organized training, content and events to continuously inform, train and inspire our workforce. Thanks to the 1% Pledge contributions, we also expanded our partnerships with several Canadian organizations (Tech Spark Canada, Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology, Indigenous Friends Associations) all of which support diversity in technology.
